Text Box: Dan & Armando Vargas  After being invited to lunch a private tour of one of their famous layouts began.  Dan & Armando Vargas owner's of "Images of the Past" purchased railroad equipment and supplies from Tin Plate Junction, Inc. for the 20th Century Scenic Railroad showcased in O Scale Train's Magazine issue #37.  I am thoroughly in awe at the artistic talent, attention to detail, and time spent on client train layouts created by Dan and Armando Vargas.      Grand Central Station was created from scratch.  A small model was used as a visual guide.  Their client requested that the interior of Grand Central be painted and detailed as well.    Their love of trains truly shows through in the layouts they build.   We hope you enjoy their artistry.

Text Box: Christmas at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco 2007 Text Box: Leonard Connacher      Leonard Connacher has purchased many, many trains from us for his Christmas layouts.  I learned last year that he creates a winter wonderland every year in the central lobby of the Hyatt Regency Hotel in downtown San Francisco.  Leonard has been collecting trains and accessories for year so he tells me.      With Leonard's Connachers permission and my photographs please enjoy his creations.
